Our chat can be either via email but preferably by Zoom or telephone call. Any call will last up to 30 minutes and there is no ongoing obligation or sleazy sales spiel. Just a friendly, informal chat to get you inspired and motivated to move forward with clarity and direction.

Is your support online or in person?
You can choose whether to access business support online through my member’s club or with one-to-one coaching via phone or video conferencing.
I offer one to one support via Zoom or in-person in North Devon. I may be available to travel further afield if required subject to travel expenses.
How long do I have to be a member if I join your club?
There is no minimum period. You can stay for as long or as little as you like. You can also cancel your membership at any time should your needs change.
Will I lose access to the business course modules if I cancel my membership?
Support for your business is available online as long as you are a member. If you cancel your membership, you will lose all online access to the resources. However, you can download anything you have access to before you leave to keep for as long as you want.
What is your refund policy
I am so confident that you will love the resources and support you get as much as other members, that I offer you a full money back guarantee. Once you have joined, take a look around and if it is not for you, simply send an email to email@example.com within 14 days for a full refund.
For one to one consultancy services, there is no refund available.
How long do members tend to stay in your club?
I have members who have chosen to access business support via my members’ club for over 6 years since it started as they love the ongoing support and know they are not alone. There is no obligation to remain a member for any length of time. We all have personal circumstances, so you can join and leave whenever you want.
Am I guaranteed results
No. Only you can guarantee your results. The people I work with who listen and take action DO get results. Then there are those who listen and don’t fully take action. They stay stuck where they are. It’s the same as reading a diet book, not making any changes and expecting to lose weight!
Bottom line: Your results in your business and life are entirely up to you.
